This service allows Library access to graduate students not finishing their thesis. Students in these categories maintain the same privileges as regularly enrolled students such as library loans.

How to request 

  • Submit the Confirmation form of registration for Research student status issued and signed by the Chair of the Department and Dean of Graduate Studies.
  • May use the library with existing student IDs. (If student ID is lost, request for a Library Pass)

Service Information

  • Period : Until graduate student registration, cannot exceed 2 months
  • Access : Same as regularly enrolled students
  • Document Submission : Information Service Center

Using Reading Room

  • Reading Room #3A is wheel-chair friendly. The wheelchair accessible restroom and preferred reading seats are available, as well as lockers for those with needs
