Checklist Notes
3 copies (Master's and Ph.D.) Check the number of copies to be submitted
↳ Extra copies are to be submitted to your department office
1 original copy The original copy must include 1) Thesis Approval sheet with actual signatures and/or seals (not scanned or photocopied), and 2) Thesis and Dissertation Deposit Agreement
↳ If the agreement is not included, extra forms will be prepared on the submission desk for you to fill out and paste on your copy.
2 additional copies Each copy must include a duplicate (photocopied version) of the Thesis Approval sheet
Exclude the Thesis and Dissertation Deposit Agreement
↳ If the agreement is included in the additional copies, please cut out the pages before submission
Online Submission Make sure that the online submission of your thesis is complete on the dCollection website
↳ The status of [View Submissions> Online] should be 'Submit'.
↳ If the status is ‘Not Completed’, please click the title and click ‘Submit’ at the bottom.
Borrowed books and overdue fines Borrowed books must be returned, and overdue fines must be paid before submission

↳ Only those applicants who have requested thesis replacement through the office of academic affairs will receive an e-mail regarding the replacement process. The modified copies should be resubmitted by the deadline.

  • Thesis must include: Title page, Abstract, Table of contents, Body, Bibliography, Appendix
  • Thesis can include optionally: Thesis Approval sheet, Abstract (other language), Acknowledgements
  • Thesis must exclude: Thesis and Dissertation Deposit Agreement
